ROBOT was selected by Optimal Systems to develop an integrated brand platform and cross-channel campaign concept spanning all marketing and communication assets. The challenge was to create a unifying brand idea that could connect the company’s diverse business areas while strengthening its overall market presence.


As one of the leading providers of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software, Optimal Systems helps organizations of all sizes — from mid-sized businesses to large industrial enterprises — streamline processes through digitalization, intelligent document management, and customized software solutions.


ROBOT developed a campaign built around the claim Software für Macher. At its core, the campaign celebrates the people behind great ideas and the creative solutions they bring to life every day. Rather than focusing solely on technology, the communication highlights ambition, innovation, and the drive to make things happen.





The campaign was rolled out across a wide range of channels, including print, outdoor advertising, digital media, promotional materials, events, and film. A distinctive visual language combining photography and illustration became the campaign’s signature key visual, creating a memorable and emotionally engaging brand identity. The result was a cohesive communication system that brought the philosophy of Optimal Systems to life and helped the brand stand out in a highly specialized technology market.
